The corporate head of strategy also usually attends as the person responsible for making sure the conversation is effective. Thus, the total number of participants can be kept to between five and ten, with twelve as the maximum. People will fight to be included in these meetings but, other forums can be set up to keep them informed and get their buy in.
How long should reviews be?
